Let us guide you into West Central Alberta's stunning and iconic back country on a fly fishing expedition

Come and experience what Alberta’s back country fly fishing is all about! Spend two days fishing in West Central Alberta’s wild, epic and iconic West Country, live on the river bank and camp out under the stars!

We offer wilderness camping trips from 2 to 5 days for both walk & wade and drift trips. Our camping trips are all inclusive and we supply everything you need from camping equipment to meals and fishing gear.

Clients can meet their guide at the shop and head out from Olds or arrangements can be made to meet up in the West Country. We also offer shuttle services from Calgary, Edmonton or Red Deer for clients needing transportation to the region.

On our walk and wade trips we head to the mountains and fish for Bull Trout, Cutthroat Trout and Brown Trout and find Brookies and Rockies along the way! You can spend your time on a specific river, or we can travel around and tour different mountain streams in the region. At the end of the day, we will retire to camp where you can enjoy the evening around the campfire and enjoy a gourmet camp meal prepared by your guide!

Our overnight drift trips are an awesome way to experience some of the freestone river sections of West Central Alberta. You and your guide will put in on a West Country River and spend your entire trip on the water! You will spend your days fishing from one of our NRS Exhibition fly rafts and every evening we will set up camp along the river bank on a major pool and enjoy a fireside meal and some evening walk & wade action!

Upon booking you will be provided with a list of menu options for your trip, and you can pick and choose your meals as well as make requests!
